Our department was established in 2011 within the Faculty of Engineering at Afyon Kocatepe University and graduated its first students in 2015. In addition to the undergraduate program in Electrical Engineering, we also offer a Renewable Energy Systems Master’s program, which began in 2012 within the Afyon Kocatepe University Institute of Science, where faculty members also work, and a Doctorate in Electrical Engineering, jointly run with Pamukkale University, which began in 2014.
Our department employs six faculty members: one Professor, one Associate Professor, and four Assistant Professors. We also have three Research Assistants, two with a PhD and one with a Master’s degree, and two Lecturers. Currently, there are 310 undergraduate students enrolled in our department.
