Afyon Kocatepe University (AKU) Solar and Wind Energy Application and Research Center (GÜRAM) signed cooperation framework protocols between Vera Electromechanical Energy and Industry Inc. and Arı Defense – Aviation Electromechanical.
The signing ceremony was attended by AKÜ Rector Prof. Dr. Mehmet Karakaş; Arı Defense – Aviation Electromechanical Company Business Development Officer Şemseddin Çifci; Vera Electromechanical Energy and Industry Inc. General Manager Dursun Özeroğlu; Vera Electromechanical Energy and Industry Inc. Electrical and Electronics Engineer Muhammed Mert Yıldız; Solar and Wind Energy Application and Research Center Director Prof. Dr. Fatih Onur Hocaoğlu; and Faculty of Engineering Electrical Engineering Faculty Member Fatih Serttaş.
Prof. Dr. Fatih Onur Hocaoğlu, Director of the Solar and Wind Energy Application and Research Center, stated that the number of protocols signed by GÜRAM with various organizations has reached four with the signing of these protocols. Hocaoğlu noted that the University-Industry collaboration with previous organizations has been solidified through joint projects. He added that they anticipate that the signed protocols will also lead to such concrete collaborations, and that work has been initiated in this regard.
